Q. What is an open box and how long can I keep them open?
A. I default to build a box unless otherwise specifically specified, you are not automatically charged for shipping, you DO NOT pay for shipping until your box is full or you request to ship. Open boxes can be kept open for up to 6 months, if needed. 

Q. How do I pay my invoice/checkout?

 

A. My website is used for live sale invoice payments only, currently. To pay your invoice, click on YOUR instagram handle on the live sale section, read over your invoice, and checkout with your payment option of choice. Within 24 hours of them being posted.

 

Q. Is shipping free?

 

A. No. Shipping is calculated based on USPS flat rate box size, insurance needed and by UPS weight for International orders. Your box is not automatically shipped, you are only invoiced for shipping when you request to close your box.
Q. What if something is incorrect on my invoice or I would like to have shipping added?
A. Please do not pay the invoice until you contact me if there is a problem or question about your invoice. Do not pay your invoice if you would like it  updated to add shipping, until the invoice has been updated.
NOTE: If you want you box shipped any given week you MUST notify me by Tuesday night, payments made on Friday, or requests to ship after Wednesday of any given week, will be shipped the flowing week. You are still required to pay your invoice within 24 hours of receipt. 

 

Q. How long does shipping usually take?

 

A. USPS priority mail is an average 3-5 day service, any customer wishing to ship their box on any given week (must notify me) is invoiced for shipping on Wednesdays and typically go out by Saturday at the latest.

 

Q. Do you offer open boxes?

 

A. Yes! I default to an open box policy to consolidate on shipping costs for my customers, and so you can add items to your box as they become available, or as your budget allows.

 

Q. Do you offer payment plans?

 

A. Personal payment plans are no longer an option but PayPal pay in 4, any major credit card, shop pay, and the Klarna one time card are current available options. I will be adding Afterpay hopefully in early 2022. 

 

Q. What do I do if my items arrive damaged?

 

A. I am not responsible for any damage after the package leaves my hands, but I do fully insure each package, and in the event that something arrives damaged please contact me so I can walk you through the damage claim services.
