Shipping policy
No returns or refunds are accepted under any circumstances, all sales are final. ALL boxes are insured for their FULL value.
Phoenix Crystals LLC DEFAULTS to an open box policy, you can add to your box, as long as items claimed are paid in full within twenty four hours of invoices being posted. You are NOT invoiced for shipping until you SPECIFICALLY REQUEST to close your box, shipping can be added to any customers invoice no later then 12am WEDNESDAY morning, which is BEFORE invoicing is done, as to accurately calculate your shipping and insurance.
Requests to close your box requested AFTER your invoice is paid or later than Wednesday afternoon, will be invoiced and shipped the following week. Ups boxes needing time to accurately calculate shipping are the ONLY exception to this rule.
Items sent back to us requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged and I will happily walk you through the U.S.P.S damage claim process, as ALL packages, are FULLY insured! We cannot replace the items, so in the rare event of damage we can work with you to help get your money back for the damaged items. UPS is used for International orders, they’re also fully insured, shipping invoices for UPS boxes will be sent once the box is packed and I have an accurate shipping price.
