Refund policy
No returns or refunds are excepted under any circumstances, all sales are final. ALL boxes are insured for their FULL value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged and I will happily walk your through the U.S.P.S damage claim process, as ALL packages, are FULLY insured! We cannot replace the items, so in the rare event of damage we can work with you to help get your money back for the damaged items. UPS is used for International orders, they’re also fully insured, shipping invoices for UPS boxes will be sent once the box is packed and I have an accurate shipping price.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any items that are from a scratch, dent or chipped live sale are final and marked on your invoices as discounted.
Items that are damaged in transit, are subject to U.S.P.S damage claims, No returns are accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available BEFORE you pay your invoice, if your invoice is incorrect please connect me to fix the issue before. Please READ your entire invoice to check for possible inaccuracies, shipping is not free and it ONLY included when you specifically request to ship your box.
Refunds
No items are eligible for refunds, with the rare exception being the shop somehow sent you the incorrect item, or the item is ACTUALLY missing from your order.
